If your taste tends towards the more piquant, then the Orchid Restaurant will sate even the most jaded taste buds. Traditional Asian cuisine ranging from Jasmine smoked duck served in pancakes with a sweet bean sauce to Malaysian spiced Chicken breasts. The Thai, Ka Ti ice cream is a taste sensation as is the layered Panda Lapis Cake.

For traditional South African cuisine, the Calabash Restaurant will welcome you in true African style. The groaning buffet offers boboetjie, curries, carvery and steamed vegetables, followed by sinful trifles and tipsy tarts. The Calabash is where sensational tastes from the North and South meet.

The Sun City Hotel, the original Resort hotel, is set in a manicured garden overlooking the Gary Player Golf Course. The Sun City Casino and the Sun City Theatre are located in this hotel, along with a wide range of restaurants. The Sun City Hotel has a large swimming pool and a children’s pool with a lifeguard in attendance daily.

Sun City Theatre
Please be advised that the Sun City Theatre will be closed from the end of June 2008 to the end of November 2008 for any bookings. The last performance of the current show "Let There Be Rock" will be on 30 June 2008. Details of the new show and the opening date will be advised as soon as possible.
Enjoy live entertainment Tuesday to Sundays, between 22h00 and 01h00 in Harlequin’s Bar, in the Smoking Casino. Harlequins open daily from 11h00 until close.

Jogging and Cycling Trails
3km – 5km tracks are laid out along The Gary Player and Lost City Golf Course. The scenic trail is marked according to distance and direction.
