Ibraheem Paruk handled my initial enquiries and then the booking with extreme politeness and professionalism.
He spoke of the hotel as though he had actually stayed within it and had enjoyed the experience himself. I was concerned about booking on line - I will never feel that way again and will, when returning to Africa, use your services again. Fantastic!
The V&A Hotel is without doubt one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. To have views of the waterfront and of Table Mountain was to die for! What a team of great, well trained hoteliers.
All the staff, no matter what their job, acted as a team and were obviously very proud to work for this hotel. They were all courteous and extremely polite. I could not believe that when we left the hotel at 4am to go to the airport, our car had been washed and was waiting for us at the hotel entrance. We have never experienced such wonderful service. Everyone should be proud of themselves.

Dear Zain
I am writing to say I had an absolutely fabulous holiday in
Capetown! The flat was totally wonderful and there were seals
playing in the marina outside and also sunbathing on the pontoons, with calm views of the water outside the living room and amazing views of table mountain on the bedroom balcony.
I could not have wished for a better flat.

We had an outstanding experience...
Rooms well decorated, staff very accommodating and friendly, special attention to individual needs (for example, our son 5yrs, wanted to fish and they arranged an hours fishing with a ranger), all timings of meals and game drives perfect, wildlife close n personal with knowledgeable rangers, setting magnificent with mountains in the background, buffet extensive and fresh,
memorable for us all!
