ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL, its employees, agents and associates will not be liable for any damage of whatsoever nature arising or resulting from the use of or inability to use this site or the information contained hereon, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damage.

Agreement
The information contained on this site is an invitation to do business and not an offer. If you forward an offer to us, ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL shall indicate their acceptance thereof by return electronic mail, mail or phone call. ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL act herein as an agent for our respective business partners and therefore any agreement resulting from the acceptance of an order is deemed to be an agreement between the relevant business partner and yourself.

Change to User Agreement
ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL reserves the right to make changes to this site and this user agreement at any time without notice.

Applicable Law
This site is created, maintained and controlled in the Republic of South Africa and as such, the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the jurisdiction of the South African Court govern this user agreement and the use or inability to use this site.

Force Majeure
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss, as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Booking Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40 percent is required in order to confirm the booking. The remaining amount of the booking is due 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the check in date. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date will require the full payment at time of confirmation. Any booking that is booked for the December month might require a full deposit depending on the property (Please ask your consultant). Payments for flights need to be paid in full at time of booking, all air tickets are subject to paragraph 11 and 12 of this page.

Method of Payment
Please note that all quotations and invoices will remain strictly in South African Rand. Where an alternative currency is quoted, it is quoted as estimated cost according to current exchange rates. Extravel cannot be held accountable for a difference in the quoted estimate and the final transaction. The rate of exchange on the day that the transaction is processed will be used to determine the equivalent Rand amount and any resulting foreign exchange differences or bank charges will be charged to the client’s account. The exchange rate at the time of the transaction is controlled by the Banks and EXTRAVEL cannot be held liable for any fluctuations. The South African Reserve Bank prohibits South African companies from taking foreign credit card payments and keeping the payment in foreign currency. Payments may be processed with Visa Cards, Master Cards, American Express Cards and Diner Club Cards.

Clients are also welcome to settle payment by means of a bank transfer (EFT) – in this instance the amount will be converted by your bankers on presentation of our invoice. It is the client’s responsibility to inform and instruct their bankers that the net invoice amount must equal the funds clearing into the EXTRAVEL bank account and that ALL bank charges are for the client’s account.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation of the booking (in partial or in full) for any reason whatsoever, ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL reserves the right to claim the services, administration, communication, cancellation and bank charges which include but are not limited to, any charges levied by any supplier against EXTRAVEL in respect of the cancelled booking, from the Client. A refund may be negotiable under particular circumstances surrounding a cancellation at the discretion of EXTRAVEL management. No refunds will be given by EXTRAVEL for partly used vouchers or for no-shows. Bank fees for credit card payments/bank transfers are strictly non-refundable. Please note that during holidays such as Christmas and Easter, the cancellation policy is subject to change.

Insurance
All clients are advised to take out comprehensive medical insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment as the booking will be subject to cancellation penalties as stipulated above.

Health & Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide his/her own vaccinations and to meet passport and visa requirements. Please note that anyone traveling to Southern Africa must have two consecutive blank pages in their passport which lie side by side when the passport is open (i.e. a left and a right hand page). Passengers traveling to Southern Africa with passports which do not comply with these requirements, will either be stopped from boarding the aircraft or risk deportation on arrival in Southern Africa. Passport and visa regulations and health requirements can change at any time; therefore, we recommend that you check passport/visa requirements well in advance.

Air tickets
The air fare and airport tax quoted are current and are subject to change without prior warning should the airline impose an increase in rates for any reason. Should the fare quoted not be available at the time of booking the next applicable fare will be booked and amended costs advised accordingly. Please note that fares may increase between time of booking, time of payment and the ticket being issued. ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL cannot be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables resulting in missed connections. Should an amendment in routing or itinerary be necessary, any additional costs incurred will not be borne by ExclusiVoyage CC Trading as EXTRAVEL.

Flight and Other Travel Timings
Flight timings are provided by airlines and are subject to Air Traffic Control restrictions. All means of transportation are subject to weather conditions, the need for constant maintenance, and the ability of passengers to check-in on time. There is no guarantee that flights, trains, coaches and transfers will depart at the times stated on any itinerary or tickets which you receive. All timings are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for any delay, however arising, or for any schedule alterations.
