Accommodation
All luxury serviced apartments are fully equipped and well appointed with the qualities you would expect from a 5 star graded establishment, including satellite television and DVD players, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers.

Apartments at the Waterfront Village are grouped into three different classifications, offering guests the opportunity to choose an apartment that corresponds with their requirements.

Facilities
The Waterfront Village has three swimming pools for guests to enjoy.
The first pool is located at the entrance of the Bannockburn block, and is heated. Private and secluded, with sun loungers and 3 water features pouring into the pool, the Bannockburn pool is a study in tranquillity. The second swimming pool is located at the entrance of the Ellesmere and Faulconier blocks. Bordering the waters of the canal, the smaller Faulconier pool has a spacious and open feel. The lap swimming pool is located on the roof deck of the Quarterdeck gym, with spectacular views of the marina. This is the largest pool and is heated, with magnificent views over the marina. 

The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located in our Waterfront Village. The facilities in the Quarterdeck gym include, state-of-the-art gym equipment, including 2 tread mills, bicycles, rowing machines and more. There can’t be a better way to exercise than sitting on the rowing machine on the terrace, facing the splendid beauty of the marina.The heated lap pool above the gym is a favourite with guests at the Waterfront Village and is beautifully located, offering stunning views of the marina. Personal gym instructors are available by appointment and our concierge will gladly make this booking for you. The gym is open from 07h00 to 20h00 seven days a week including public holidays. A R100.00 gym fee is payable at the Quaterdeck office and a deposit for an access card will be taken at the Quaterdeck office.
Guests are offered the facility of underground parking at The Waterfront Village and all apartments have at least one parking bay allocated to them.

Café Bascule Breakfast
A memorable and delicious breakfast is offered at the Bascule at the Cape Grace Hotel, for guests staying at the Waterfront Village. Vouchers for breakfast can be purchased from the Village & Life reception and redeemed in the mornings, between 8:00am and 11:00 at Café Bascule, located a short walk away, on the marina. 

Guests are presented with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival at the renowned nautical themed restaurant which spills out onto the courtyard style terrace bordering the marina. Guests are offered tea or freshly ground coffees and treated to a fruit platter of exotic fruits. Freshly baked pastries such as Danish pastries and chocolate croissants are then followed by a hot breakfast from the café menu. With interiors inspired by a first-class yacht cabin, the Bascule will delight guests with its atmosphere and outdoor dining area, overlooking yachts and luxury boats.
